Questions of illegal terminations of IT Employees raised today in Maharashtra Legislative Session. We are highly thankful to Hon’ble Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Council Shri Gopichand Padalkar – गोपीचंद पडळकर ji for highlighting our issues. For months IT, ITES, BPO and KPO employees are struggling and fighting along with Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate – NITES against illegal terminations, Reduction in wages, salary cuts, layoffs, forceful resignation, denial of severance pay, denial of Maternity Benefits and various other issues.
