Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate NITES strongly condemns TCS decision to stop increments and appraisals of newly joined employees for one year. The company is unethically revising the policies related to employees remunerations without any consent from Labour & Employment Ministry. At the time of recruitment the company promises to pay definite salary to employees but later amend policies without even talking to employees which is no less than cheating. Mostly Tata group is appreciated & applauded for the philanthropy and corporate social activities but in reality at the ground level the Tata employees are being exploited for financial gains.

This has happened to me this year. Even after working hard for one hard, company is not giving any hike and telling us that there is a change in policy for employees who joined company last year. It is very difficult to survive with no hikes even after working for a year in same company.
Please do something for employes favour regarding hike for one year freshers….feels like they have cheated us..
Is there any uodate for filed complaint regarding delay joining innTCS

I am a Student of INDIA I have selected a campus drive of NTT DATA SERVICES. I have got a Letter of intent in March 2022 but they not onboard me. I have reached HR persons many times they said every time we would onboard you but till not onboard me. It just has not happened with me it happened with more than 1,000 Students affected by the same issue.

No hike is given for me as well after serving a year
They told its a policy change no one is getting hike but i dont know it is not informed before joining and how come they do this by there own decision.
TCS is doing whatever they want they can do without perior information and pushing all of them into financial problems.
Even for 12 + year employee they are giving only minimum package, in news they said for highest band they give 10-15 % but only 6.5 to7% is given.
Even after working 12 years we are getting salary 50 k , with this salary how one can manage in these high cost living city. Some rules should be made that atleast employee payment is equal to number of years.
Now if you calculate house rent , child education fee , travel cost which is near about 20 k what is remaining. So these companies are doing exploitation mainly TCS.
